Requirements

Open Positions
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives — in their homes, in day program settings, and out in the community. You’ll carry out Individual Support Plans, assist with everyday tasks, and help people build the skills and confidence to live fuller lives.
Job Coach
Work alongside participants at their place of employment — teaching work skills, modeling professionalism, and providing the hands-on coaching people need to succeed in their jobs. Every shift is centered on one person’s career goals.
